In a recent survey, the National Association of Realtors found that 77% of their agents have clients ready to put their homes on the market as soon as the coronavirus shutdowns lift. That may correspond to the 77% of Americans now on unemployment who expect to get their jobs back as well. In fact, the national median home prices is up 8%, perhaps because new listings are down 41%.
