Interest Rates Consistently At Record Lows

Interest Rates continue to be at record low levels as rates remain unchanged from last week. Freddie Mac reported Thursday that rates for a 30-year fixed mortgage sit steadily at 4.57%. Rates for 15-year fixed mortgages remain slightly above 4 percent and adjustable rate mortgages remain just under 4 percent.

Rates are the lowest they have been in over 35 years and timing couldn’t be better for home purchasing or refinancing.
