Freddie Mac reported interest rates falling to new record lows. Interest rates dropped this week to 3.89% for a 30 year fixed mortgage. This current record low rate is down from roughly three weeks ago where previously recorded lows dropped to 3.91%.
Rates for a 15 year fixed mortgage fell to 3.16%, just slightly lower than its previous record of 3.21%.
